US Highway 27 Expansion & Improvement Project

Envisors was retained by Westra Construction Corporation to provide surveying services on a 2.6 mile roadway project for US Highway 27 from north of SR 542/Dundee Road to north of SR 546, in Polk County, Florida, beginning August 2007 and ending April 2009. The project consisted of providing construction staking services for all storm facilities and ponds, lighting, and curbing and as-built surveying services. The Project Manager worked closely with the Client, Project Engineer, and Field Crew Supervisor in order to facilitate the calculations and scheduling of the field crews to accommodate the construction schedule. Quality Assurance and Quality Control measures were monitored closely throughout the project to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
