Envisors was initially retained to perform the design and permitting of a new Hampton Inn hotel on US 27 across from the Eagle Ridge Mall. We were subsequently retained to perform construction staking and FDOT-related CEI services for the entrance driveway.

The scope of work included survey, site design, and permitting with Lake Wales, FDOT, FDEP and HRS. Preliminary and final construction plans were prepared and submitted to all permitting agencies. The SWFWMD permitting for this site was completed under separate contract for the parent development.

Construction was expedited to meet an aggressive opening schedule, and Envisors worked closely with the Developer/Contractor to insure that the hotel opened on schedule. During construction, Envisors provided full time FDOT CEI services for the construction of the driveway entrance.
