Downtown Haines City Streetscape Improvements

Envisors was retained by the City to work alongside Glatting Jackson to prepare the civil engineering plans for this project. Our work included an evaluation of the existing City utilities in the project area, preparation of a preliminary set of construction plans for grant approval purposes, final civil engineering design and permitting, and limited construction services. The initial project scope included a total of approximately eight City blocks of new streetscaping improvements along with reconstruction of existing utilities and stormwater systems within the project area. Due to construction budget limitations, only the design and permitting of three City blocks was included in the first construction phase.. Construction began near the end of 2008 with completion in May 2009.
