Envisors travels to London to experience LEGOLAND and other Merlin attractions

Envisors' Senior Vice President Beth Evans travelled to London, England last week with a group of Polk County government representatives and business leaders to visit park officials at the LEGOLAND Windsor park.  The Central Florida Development Council, of which Beth is a Board member, organized the trip so that the Polk County contingent could learn more about LEGOLAND and the company that owns it, Merlin Entertainments Group.  The delegation enjoyed tours of the Merlin-owned London Eye and the London Aquarium attractions, as well as the LEGOLAND park in Windsor.  A reception was sponsored by the Winter Haven Area Chamber of Commerce, and LEGOLAND executives gave the group a presentation of the current plans for the new park planned for the Cypress Gardens park site in Winter Haven.  The new LEGOLAND Florida is expected to open in late 2011.
